Shannon is a Bozeman native and a valued member of the Tyler Electric team, bringing two years of dedicated service to her role in office support. As the friendly and welcoming voice that greets nearly every customer who calls, Shannon plays an essential part in ensuring a positive experience from the very first interaction.

Outside of her professional role, Shannon is a proud mother of five and grandmother of ten. In her personal time, she enjoys following hockey and cherishing time spent with her grandchildren.
