One of Mitch's favorite parts of being a licensed electrician is mentoring the company's apprentices, passing on what he's learned over the years and watching them grow into confident tradespeople who deliver quality work for customers.
He got into the trade early, inspired by a family friend who ran an electrical contracting company back in his home state of Connecticut. Always hands-on and drawn to building things, he attended a technical high school to study electrical theory, code, and wiring. In 2013, he moved to Bozeman, finished his training, and tested out as a Journeyman Electrician.
Outside of work, Mitch is an outdoors guy through and through — hunting, fishing, rock and ice climbing, and mountain biking. Most of his vacation time goes toward climbing trips; a highlight was summiting Alpamayo in Peru in August 2025, at 19,500' one of the most beautiful peaks in the world. When he's not outside, he enjoys reading westerns and mysteries or cooking, especially Italian food.
